1. Birthing classes for the pregnant women  :

 

Pregnancy is always welcome when it is desired.But there are lot of apprehensions in a expectant mother’s mind as to how to comfortably sail through this journey to delivery. Hence to make this journey of pregnancy smoothful we conduct the birthing classes.

 

2. Fitness class for mums :

 

Regular exercises after childbirth offers a range of health benefits. Exercises  helps you to return to your pre-pregnancy shape  and gives you increased energy to cope with the  demands of new motherhood.

 

3. Paediatric rehabilitation :

 

Pediatric  Rehabilitation focuses on maximizing the function and enhancing the lives of children with a wide range of conditions such as cerebral palsy, spina bifida, genetic abnormalities and other developmental disabilities. For children with congenital disabilities, getting pediatric rehabilitation can make a huge improvement in quality of life.

 

4. Musculo skeletal rehabilitation :

 

Musculoskeletal rehabilitation programs can often improve functional capacity, reduce symptoms, and improve the well-being of the patient. The conditions that benefit from musculoskeletal rehabilitation includes :

6. Post – mastectomy lymphoedema  rehabilitation :

 

About 25% of the breast cancer surgery patients experience lymphoedema – a disfiguring painful swelling, most frequently of the arm, but  Rehabilitation of the affected arm may keep it from getting worse. The treatment includes :

 

  • Manual lymph drainage

  • Compressive bandaging

  • Exercise program

  • Skin care
